Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this time allotment are subject to the following: 48-24 hours (25% of booked services as a rebooking fee), 24 hours-12 hrs before appt (50% of booked services as a rebooking fee), and less than 12 hrs notice of cancellation is subject to a (100% of booked services) rebooking fee. If you are running late please text me- I cannot always take clients that are running more than 10 minutes late- in which case you forfeit your appt and will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of booked appts. Your appointment time is reserved just for you- therefore if you do not show up the card on file will be charged or an invoice sent out. By confirming your appt you are agreeing to these terms.
